I currently have a basic checking account with Chase for a few years now and I recently had an issue where my account was frozen. Having reservations about having to go into a branch— the 2 Journal Square Branch was an overall GREAT experience. It was busy, due to the date, BUT very well organized.
I was a customer. I’ve had overdrafts here and there. This time when I put my money in the day when I had negative then got charged 3 overdraft fees and my account was positive. I’m closing my account and going to Mountain America
